NAEP 1998 Reading Report Card top

The NAEP 1998 Reading Report Card for the Nation and the States was released in a press conference in Washington, D.C. on March 4. Single copies of this report can be obtained by calling 1-877-4ED-PUBS at the National Center for Education Statistics or by going to the NCES web site: www.nces.ed.gov/ or visiting NAEP at nces.ed.gov/nationsreportcard/.

 

The Reading Excellence Act top

A resource center on the Reading Excellence Act has been posted in the Research section of the IRA web site. The center contains links to a number of resources which provide information on the background, implementation, and implications of the act. You can reach the resource center one of three ways:
