ICIRA member Eileen Thornburgh has been named Meridian School District's Teacher of the Year. She teaches third grade at Silver Sage Elementary and an evening class for Boise State University. Eileen holds a doctorate in curriculum and instruction and is nationally certified. Her love of literature is evident throughout the day's activities her classroom. Eileen is ICIRA's incoming vice-president elect.
